Many of these projects are both complex and vast in scope so a team of proven professionals must be actively involved with all facets of the project from the outset.

In terms of services provided, this division typically liaises with planners, architects, quantity surveyors, developers and other stakeholders to ensure that each project is meticulously planned and budgeted. Given the scale of many of the projects for which Stones Group is the primary (or sole) contractor, investing the time to consider every potential eventuality is a prerequisite.
