CLIENT - RENGEN DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
Stones Group has been appointed as the lead contractor to convert a run-down office building into nine one-bedroom flats a stone's throw from Bristol's Cabot's Circus retail complex. The largely red-brick exterior is characteristic of the cities historical architecture but hides an interior in a state of considerable disrepair.
Destined to be available by February 2021, the stylish apartments will be marketed on the open market and are already attracting considerable interest from first-time buyers and investors. Bristol is an increasingly attractive destination for ambitious professionals employed in the cities rapidly expanding tech, science and finance sectors (among others) ensuring developments such as Norfolk House are always in demand.
The building is currently in the process of being stripped of its dated fixtures and fittings, whilst the electrical and plumbing systems are being upgraded to requisite standards. Once complete, each apartment will be fitted with contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, whilst the living areas will be cosy and inviting.
As ever, Stones Group's full-service capability ensures all work schedules are synchronised with the myriad of trades' and skills required to complete a scheme of this complexity.
