Grove Street occupies a prominent position in Bath as it connects the uber-cool Great Pulteney Street with both the city centre and the manicured lawns of nearby Henrietta Park.
Despite its prominent position on the corner of these busy streets, the whole building was dilapidated including the faded façade of a former fish ‘n chip shop which was nothing less than a sorry blot on the Georgian landscape.
Converting this cavernous building into a contemporary Airbnb proved a monumental task and required a complete rip out and full rebuild involving all trades. Completed within four months, both the interior and the exterior were duly transformed into a stunning destination for groups of up to 12 people.
With four inviting bedrooms and three stylish bathrooms, a relaxing lounge and kitchen area, plus a generous outdoor decking space complete with a mounted TV, Grove Street is already one of Bath's most sought after short-term holiday lets.
