Situated in the epicentre of Bristol's commercial district just a stone throw from the vibrant riverside, King Street is a three-story office block which required a major upgrade to Category A standards.

Rundown and dilapidated, the project included refurbishing the open-plan office areas and reception area, enhancing the formerly drab basement level, adding bike and bin stores, upgrading the five bathroom's and kitchen facilities and overhauling the lift shafts.

Working to a high-spec contemporary design spec, Stones were sole contractors for the five-month project which was completed on time and within budget. The fact that all tradespersons are employed by Stones Group ensured that the project was managed harmoniously with all schedules synchronised between the respective teams; this is a key facet of the Stones Group company structure and ensures considerable savings in terms of both time and money.

The King Street office complex is now a fitting addition to Bristol's commercial district and promises to attract high-profile and design-savvy tenants over the coming months. An exceptional project delivered at speed and to a high standard.
