Site Supervisor/Manager/Carpenter

Description: 

The position is to work for a fast growing full building services company which undertake both residential and commercial construction works from refurbishment to new builds and full office fit outs. We are currently seeking a Site Supervisor/Manager for our residential works to oversee the refurbishment of a period property in Cheltenham. To be a working site supervisor undertaking a variety of tasks dependent upon the project. To supervise the trades onsite and communicate with the Project Manager for successful project delivery. We have some exciting projects scheduled and are committed to investing in our staff's career development. 

Experience/qualifications: 

Required:-

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to look and plan ahead. Ability to read construction drawings and capable to quality check works as they take place. 

CSCS card is required 

Carpentry NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent with minimum of 3 years experience

Salary:

This position can be tailored for PAYE or self employed with a earning expectation of £32,000 - £39,000 depending on experience and employment status.
