BRINGING PROPERTIES BACK TO LIFE

The Current Projects section of the site illustrates projects which the Stones Group are actively working on right now. Consequently, there are now ‘After' images as many of these locations currently resemble little more than building sites. However, we have published CGI images and associated floorplans when available purely to give an insight into the scale of the works being undertaken.

The renovation of Monmouth Place in Bath and Portland House in Cheltenham further highlight the decrepit state of many of the buildings that the Stones Group are commissioned to transform. Restoring both buildings to their Georgian finery is both an arduous and relentless task particular given their listed status and the current restrictions to working practices due to COVID-19.

Each site is currently managed in strict accord with Government guidelines with all staff ‘social distancing' when working and washing their hands as regularly as possible. Hand sanitisers have been installed on every site which is also operated to all health & safety legislation. Despite the impact of the pandemic, all of these current projects continue apace, and one looks forward to publishing ‘After' images once they are completed.
