RESIDENTIAL NEW BUILD

Following an initial recommendation, the Stones Group have been commissioned to build a two-bedroomed house within a garden plot on behalf of a private client. Working to architects' drawings, the ‘new build' development embraces a modern design in keeping with the residential location.

The five-month project is scheduled for completion in the Spring of 2021 and, despite the restrictions of working in a built-up area throughout the various phases of national lockdowns, the ground has already been cleared and the footings are in place.

Even allowing for delays due to inclement winter weather and the Festive season shutdown, the project is already ahead of schedule much to the delight of the client.
